Julieta is originally from Mexico, born in Morelia, Michoacán. There she pursued college and graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Julieta used her expertise in her position at a national real estate company in Mexico called Citelis. As the Construction General Manager, she supervised and coordinated projects around the country. This included commercial centers, car dealerships, hotels, and residential housing complexes.
In 2009, Julieta came to the United States and found herself in Branson, Missouri. She was awestruck by the serene beauty of the green hills and lakes. Once she met the warm and friendly people of the area, she knew right away she would call it home.
With a desire to learn more about the American culture and knowing the importance of furthering her education, Julieta immediately enrolled in classes. She was excited about all the amazing opportunities available.
In 2011, Julieta was given the chance to become an owner of a local accounting firm. She jumped at the opportunity and managed the firm for several years. During that time, she continued her education achieving numerous designations and certifications such as OASHA, CPR, Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) and was the only Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) in the Branson area.
Her continued passion for construction and architecture led Julieta to achieve and graduate with a real estate license. She became a full-time Missouri Realtor®. Julieta completed all this as a single mother of three. She understands that hard work must be applied to achieve your goals. That is why she will work hard to surpass your expectations. Julieta offers the highest ethical values, professionalism, and she is a great listener. As a bilingual agent, she can help whether you speak English or Spanish.
When she’s not working full-time real estate, Julieta enjoys spending time with her family. Together they enjoy traveling and taking in the sites from California to Florida and enjoy the occasional trip outside of the country to visit and learn about other cultures.
Julieta is grateful for the welcome she has received from the Branson community and the opportunities for herself and her children. Her desire is to contribute to the community AND (since September 2017)…her new country as a citizen of the United States of America!
